Rev: VPA OOVI TEPTVLLOV NIKOPOPROC I
Inscription: EVTVXWC TOIC KVPIOK in wreath 4 lines.
The inscription in wreath, EVTVXWC TOIC KVPIOIC, reads "Good luck to the emperors!", a reference to the elevation of Caracalla and Geta to Augustus and Caesar in 198 A.D. The dual bust depicted on this medallion is a provincial dynastic issue as opposed to the more common denominational issue of other provincial dual bust coinage.
